The cover image shows an MRI technique of imaging vascular volume (the first row) and that permeability surface area product (PSP) (the second row) can be used to detect response of tumors to anti-vascular therapy with ZD6126 in the DU-145 human prostate cancer xenograft model (left: pre-treatment Right: post-treatment). MRI findings were related to histological determination of the necrotic fraction in the tumors (the bottom panel). Additional details concerning these findings can be found in the article by Bhujwalla et al. in this issue of Cancer Biology & Therapy.
