As shown on the cover image, U2OS osteosarcoma cells display classic plasma membrane localization of endogenous beta-catenin by immunofluorescence. In this issue of Cancer Biology and Therapy, Rozan et al demonstrate that beta-catenin interacts with the p53 target, Traf4, and that Traf4 can effect the protein levels of beta-catenin.
