The figure represents a benign proliferative endometrium with intermittent positive staining for Cables in the nuclei of the glandular epithelium. This work represents the collaborative research of the Zukerberg and Rueda laboratories and their efforts to define the significance of Cables, a tumor suppressor, in inhibiting the malignant transformation of the endometrium.
